Alexandre Gama is one of Brazil’s most reputable entrepreneurs who many upcoming entrepreneurs look up to as their role models. Currently, Mr. Gama is the chief executive officer in Neogama, a top advertising agency that he founded in 1999.
Before establishing his advertising agency, Mr. Alexandre Gama served as a creative copywriter in Standard Ogilvy and Mather. Later on, DM9 employed him as their Copywriter and creative director. While working at DM9, he was merited as the most awarded copywriter.
Besides working in DM9 and Standard Ogilvy & Mather, Mr. Gama also served as a top executive in Almap BBDO, Young & Rubicam, and the Global Board. He was also the first Brazilian to hold an executive position in Bartle Bogle Hegarty, and he is the only Brazilian member of the Publics Groupe Global Creative Board.
Based on his outstanding performance in Brazil’s Communication and advertising industry, Mr. Gama was named among the top 7 most important public figures in Brazil in 2006. Furthermore, he was honored as an entrepreneur of the year in 2007. In 2015, Mix Brasil Festival for Cultural and Sexual Diversity merited Gama’s company as the Golden Lion.
