Lori Senecal is an international entrepreneur and role model of women in the business industry. Lori serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CP+B (Crispin Porter and Bogusky) advertising agency. Senecal took on the global CEO role at CP+B in March 2015. At the end of the year, Lori plans to exit her CEO role at CP+B.
Lori’s Exit Strategy
According to Adweek, the chairman and co-founder of CP+B, Lori has positively impacted CP+B to be a leading global agency by focusing on the development and expansion of the company. In 2015, CP+B landed American Airlines under the leadership of Senecal. CP+B were able to snag the American Airlines account from TM Advertising which served the Airlines for 25years. Chuck Porter already has plans in place for the smooth transition when Lori retires in December 2017.
The new leadership generation is set in place and Danielle Aldrich has been promoted to be CP+B West’s president. CP+B West compromises of CP+B Los Angeles and CP+B Boulder. Before this, Aldrich served as an MD for CP+B Boulder.
According to Lori Senecal, elevating regional leaders enables the company to share resources across the offices and bring top creative and strategic talent to the client partners.

Before her current role at CP+B, Senecal has served as the Chief Executive Officer of MDC Partners Network. She has continued to hold this role as well as the global CEO role at CP+B. Lori focuses on providing strategic inventions and pieces of advice to agencies. As a result, she had fueled the growth of both companies by identifying resources to strengthen the models of the organizations. Lori recently received an honor of the Quantum Leap Award.
Lori hails from New York City and her interests lie in entrepreneurship, technology, business, and photography. Her birth order motivated her to work hard and accomplish the greater things in life.
